My love for tabletop games goes back many years. What started with collecting and painting quickly grew into everything that makes this hobby so special: building, crafting, preparing — and of course, playing.
From Warhammer Fantasy Battles to Age of Sigmar and Warcry, and from Dungeons & Dragons to countless other systems, I’ve spent many hours at many tables, with a wide range of groups and playstyles.
What has remained constant all these years is this:
"Nothing compares to a table that truly comes to life."
A well-prepared battlefield or an atmospheric scenic setting elevates a game night to an entirely different level. It takes time — often a lot of time — but the moment players gather around the table and fully immerse themselves in the world makes every hour worth it.
Why 3D-printed scenery?
Building scenery from scratch is incredibly rewarding, but also demanding. It takes many hours of work, a lot of materials, and ultimately money. Time is scarce — and that time is better spent playing, painting, and telling stories.
With 3D-printed scenery, you can:
- quickly place impressive, reusable pieces on the table
- choose your own painting style and thematic direction
- create variety and scale without constantly rebuilding
"You save time without sacrificing creative freedom."
My mission
My mission is both simple and ambitious:
"to help players en dungeon masters experience epic adventures at the table."
I don’t design the models myself — others do that better. That’s why I work with well-known and experienced designers such as Code2, who truly understand their craft.
My focus lies in production, quality, and reliability.
Everything is produced in the Netherlands, carefully printed and thoroughly checked. No fast mass output, but pieces I would proudly place on my own table.
StoryForge was born out of a love for the hobby — and it’s made for everyone who feels that same excitement the moment the dice begin to roll.
