At StoryForge, we create our scenery with care and attention. Many of our products are made to order, especially for you. Below, we explain how shipping and delivery work, so you know exactly what to expect.

Processing time

Our products are made to order. The processing time is required to create each item with the level of quality and finish you can expect from StoryForge.

  • Processing time: 2–4 business days

  • The exact processing time depends on:

    • the size and complexity of your order

    • current workload in our workshop

We take this time deliberately to ensure your scenery is carefully printed, inspected, and packaged.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace details.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order and the destination country.
This allows us to keep shipping fair and transparent.

All shipping costs include packaging and handling and are calculated automatically at checkout.

Shipping methods

We ship our orders using reliable carriers and always include track & trace.
The specific carrier may vary per shipment (for example PostNL or DHL).

Delivery times (after dispatch, indicative)

  • 🇳🇱 Netherlands: 1–2 business days

  • 🇧🇪 Belgium: 2–4 business days

  • 🇩🇪 Germany: 2–4 business days

  • 🇫🇷 France, 🇮🇹 Italy, 🇪🇸 Spain: 4-6 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier. StoryForge has no direct control over carrier delivery times, but we do monitor your shipment via track & trace.

Packaging & transport damage

We package our products carefully, taking their size and fragility into account.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of:

    • the packaging

    • the damaged product

We will review the situation and work with you to find a suitable solution.

Returns and shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping costs are refunded if the return is the result of an error on the part of StoryForge
